What is PupAsana ?
PupAsana Yoga is a unique wellness experience that combines the calming practice of yoga with the joy of playful puppies. During each session, certified instructors guide you through gentle yoga poses while adorable puppies roam freely, offering cuddles, play, and plenty of smiles. It’s designed to help you relax, reduce stress, and connect with both your body and the puppies.
Not only do you leave feeling refreshed and happy, but you’re also supporting the socialization and well-being of the puppies, who get lots of love and interaction in a safe, caring environment.
Do I need yoga experience to join PupAsana Yoga?
Not at all! PupAsana Yoga is beginner-friendly and open to everyone. Our classes are designed with simple, gentle movements that anyone can follow, whether you’re a first-timer or an experienced yogi. The focus is on relaxation, fun, and enjoying time with the puppies—not on perfecting poses.
Is there an age restriction ?
Yes. For safety and comfort, participants must be at least 12 years old to join our regular classes. Children under 12 are welcome to attend during special family or kids’ sessions (when offered), but must be accompanied by an adult. This ensures a safe, enjoyable experience for both our guests and the puppies.
What should I bring to class?
Just bring yourself, comfortable clothing, and a yoga mat (if you have one). We also provide mats if needed. Water and an open heart for puppy love are highly recommended!
Are the puppies available for adoption?
Yes! Many of our puppies come from trusted breeders or rescues and are looking for their forever homes. If you’re interested, our team can connect you with adoption details.
How are the puppies cared for during classes?
The well-being of our puppies is our top priority. They are supervised by trained staff, have rest breaks, fresh water, and are immediately cleaned up after to ensure a safe, hygienic environment.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available on-site for all PupAsana guests. If the lot is full, there is additional street parking nearby. We recommend arriving a little early to find a spot and get settled before class begins.

Do you offer group or private booking payments?
Yes! For corporate events, birthday parties, or private sessions, we provide customized group pricing. Please contact us directly for more information.
Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you notify us at least 48 hours before class, we may be able to transfer your booking to another available session.
👯♀️ Can’t make it? We’re happy to transfer your ticket to a friend—just let us know by emailing us at [email protected] their name and information at least 24 hours before the day of booking.
What is PupAsana Yoga’s late arrival and no-show policy?
“Pups get excited on time, and so do we! 🐶 Late arrivals after 10 mins may not be admitted. No-shows are non-refundable.”
🐾 Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and get ready for puppy cuddles.
🐶 If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to admit you (the pups get too excited once class starts!).
🚫 No-shows are non-refundable or transferable, as space is limited and classes often sell out.
📅 If you can’t make it, let us know at least 48 hours in advance and we’ll try to move your booking to another session (if spots are available).

Are gift cards available?
Sorry, we currently do not offer gift cards. All bookings must be made directly through our online system.
What happens in case of severe weather?
The safety of our guests, staff, and puppies always comes first. If severe weather makes it unsafe to travel or hold class, we will notify you by email and/or text. In this case, your booking will be rescheduled to a future session or credited toward another class.
What happens if PupAsana Yoga cancels a class?
In the rare case that we need to cancel a class (for reasons such as severe weather, puppy health, or unexpected circumstances), all guests will be notified by email and/or text. You will receive the option to reschedule for another session or receive a full refund.

Where is my ticket?
Your ticket is sent automatically to the email address you used at checkout. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder just in case).
I cannot find my ticket — what should I do?
You can also view your ticket through your account on our website here:

If you can’t locate your ticket, don’t worry! Simply reach out to us with your name and booking details, and we’ll resend your confirmation. You can still attend class even if you forget your ticket, as long as your name is on our guest list.
Do I need to fill out a waiver form?
Yes. All participants are required to complete a short waiver form before joining the class. This ensures safety for you, our team, and the puppies. The form will be provided online before booking a ticket.
