Boost your mood at the most trusted puppy yoga studio in Ontario . Our signature Wellness Puppy Yoga is a 60-minute puppy therapy class that includes a yoga class and puppy cuddles. Having hosted hundreds of thousands of customers, you can trust you're in good hands
We have a NO REFUND policy.
"Puppy Yoga is for ages 5 and up."
Ages 5–13 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian (guardian also needs a booked spot)
Ages 13–16 can attend solo with a signed waiver (parent/guardian signature required at ticket booking and check-in at location)
Ages 16+ welcome anytime
*Puppies get excited easily. Small children can unintentionally overwhelm them, so we keep classes to ages 5+ for everyone's safety and comfort.*
You bring:
Water bottle
Socks with grip (optional, but nice for balance)
Phone for photos (puppies = content gold)
We provide:
Puppies (of course!)
Yoga Mat ( Sanitized every session)
Poop bags + cleanup station
Hand sanitizer + wipes
Small blankets if you want puppy snuggles on your lap
Wear clothes you don't mind getting a little paw-printed. Puppies are cute, not tidy.
"Ages 5–13 need a guardian in class with them."
Guardian must book their own spot (same class time)
Guardian should be 16+
One guardian can accompany up to four kids
Guardian stays for the entire 60-minute session
Both guardian and child must sign a waiver before class
Why? Puppies nip, jump, and zoom unpredictably. An adult needs to be right there to help guide their child/sibling and keep both the child/sibling and the puppy safe and happy.
Release of Liability Waiver
In exchange for participation in the activity of Wellness Puppy Yoga organized by Pupasana yoga studio, I agree for myself and (if applicable) for the minor I am supervising at this event, to the following:
1. Indemnification: I am aware that during my visit to this event, certain inherent risks are involved, including but not limited to the presence of live animals (dogs) on-site. I acknowledge and voluntarily accept and assume full responsibility for any risks to me.
2. Safety Risks Involving Live Animals: Participating in our Simply Puppy Yoga classes has safety risks involved, as live animals (dogs) are on-site. Participant understands and accepts the risk of injury, including but not limited to scratching and biting.
3. Photo/Video Release: I hereby consent to and authorize the use and reproduction by Pupasana yoga studio of any and all photographs and/or videos taken of me.
4. Personal Belongings: Pupasana yoga studio is not responsible for any personal property that may be lost, damaged, or stolen during the event.
5. Email Marketing: By agreeing to this waiver, I consent to receive promotional emails from Pupasana yoga studio.
I confirm that I am at least 16 years old, or will be accompanied by a responsible adult.
